Enjoy this with turkey or chicken or on its own. S.O.B is great for any occasion! NEW! Cherry Rush - Limited Edition (Winery Exclusive) Made with Goshen County Cherries, Cherry Rush aims to please! Our cherries are painstakingly picked from a Torrington local Zelma Rush (hence the name). The wine offers a taste of cherry pie with a kiss of sweetness! Don't let the Rush go to your heard! This wine is a Limited Edition and won't be around long. Raz Dry Dessert Wine - Each bottle has over 3 lbs of WY raspberries and is made like a dry red wine, but is meant to be used as a dessert. This wine has to be experienced to be appreciated. Try the wine once on its own and then again with chocolate or cheesecake. The wine is perfect with dessert or as a dessert. TABLE WINES/GRAPE VARIETALS Frontenac Gris - White Table Wine 2008 - NEW! (Winery Exclusive) Our Frontenac Gris is an off-dry white with just the right amount of sweetness with a tart and crisp finish. This wine offers aromas of tropical fruit and is a treat to enjoy with an array of meals. Get acquainted with this grape varietal - much more to come from it. Wyoming Gold - White Table Wine 2007 - Wyoming Gold is a semi-sweet wine made from the Elvira grape. The wine imparts fruity and citrus flavors, while remaining true to its native vine characteristics. The wine is full of grape flavors and heritage. Best served chilled. Cowgirl Blush - Semi-Sweet Blush (Winery Exclusive) This is our first ever blush - a medley of six grape varieties. Our cowgirl blush offers hints of spice, strawberry and fruit aromas. Don't be fooled - our blush is packed full of flavor and taste. Cowgirl Red - Semi-Sweet Red (Winery Exclusive) "Sweet and Wild" best coins this wine - our Cowgirl Red is a semi-sweet red full of jam, spice, and licorice taste. This wine is a very easy drinking red and is a great wine for any occasion. Cowboy Reserve - 2007 Red Table Wine- This is our first wine made out of grapes grown right here in Wyoming! This is a light bodied red table wine hand made from Foch grapes. With smokey aromas and an earthy taste, it goes perfect with Wyoming beef. It is best enjoyed with good friends & family! Stampede Red - 2007 Red Table Wine - One of the most promising grape varieties, the Frontenac offers a wine full of black currants, tart cherries and deep fruit flavors. The wine was left as in - no additions, making it as nature intended. Its acidity pairs well with meats and game dishes as well as a great compliment to your favorite chocolate. Rooster Red - 2006 Red Table Wine Made from the Valiant grape developed in South Dakota, this wine is one of the most unique red wines you can find.
